Mince Peas Curry Recipe
Mince Peas Curry is also called Keema matar Recipe. You can use either mutton or lamb mince for this dish, I am using chicken mince in this recipe.

Ingredients
Chicken Mince → ½ kg
Peas → ½ kg
Cooking Oil → ½ Cup
Butter or Ghee → 3 Tbsp
Onion → 2 Medium Size (cut into pieces)
Tomatoes → 3 Medium Size (cut into pieces)
Garlic → 10 Cloves
Green Chili → 5 (cut into smaller pieces)
Capsicum → ½ (cut into smaller pieces)
Water → 2 cups
Salt → 1 Tsp
Crushed Red Chili → 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder → 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder → 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder → 1 Tsp
Recipe
Put onion, tomatoes, garlic, all dry spices and 1 cup of water in pressure cooker and bend the lid and give pressure for 8 minutes after whistle on medium to low heat.
Putt off the flame and release the pressure carefully. All things have softened. Now mash all things carefully and add chicken mince and cooking oil and Sautéing/stir-frying (called bhunai) the mince (keema) well is essential for an authentic-tasting mince.
When oil leaves the edges add peas and stir fry for 5 minutes. Now add 1 cup of water so that it cooks and remains soft and juicy, but not too much to make it watery or soggy.
Now bend the lid again and give it pressure for 5 minutes after whistle.
Release the pressure and toward the end, the water content will have naturally dried up. Peas must maintain shape, but also break easily when pressed between your fingers.
Stir in the peas, add capsicum and stir for 2 minutes, add butter or ghee and just mix, at the end add green chili and cover the lid for 1 to 2 minutes.
Dish out the curry.
Serve
Serve it with Naan, Roti or Paratha, Basmati Rice, Chana Pulao, or Chicken Pulao.
