Meatball Curry Cooking Recipe - Easy Kofta Salan
It is very unique and easy meat ball curry recipe. Must try it. Meatballs curry is also called kofta salan.
Ingredients
Garlic Cloves β 10 to 12
Salt n β1tbs
Red powder Chili β1 tbs
Turmeric c β 1tsp
Yogurt β 250gm
Cooking oil β Β½ cup
Green Chili β 4 to 5
Green Coriander β 2 tbs leaves
Cream β 3 tbs
Tomatoes β 400gm
Water β 2 glasses
Recipe Instruction
Grind tomato, yogurt and garlic.
Take a pan and heat the oil. Then add grind material, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep cooking until the oil and masala separate from each other.
Now put the flame low and add koftas and cream over on them. Add 2 to 3 tbs of water for stir it well for 4 to 5 minutes and cover the lid. After 2 minutes turn the side of koftas very gently and again lid up. Make sure the flame is low.
Add water into koftas masala and cooks it on high flame until masala turns into thick gravy as your desire.
Add green chili and put out the flame and cover the lid.
Dish out the kofta curry n sprinkle the coriander leaves.
Tips :
No need to fry koftas.
At the finished Koftas will not dry or hard due to bread crumbs and corn flour.
Breadcrumbs will keep it soft n spongy.
Corn flour will give it good seal and prevent to break during cooking.
Donβt use gram flour or extra masalas in koftas and curry.
