Precooked Chicken Meatballs - Kofta Recipe

Follow these instructions.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken β†’ Half kg

  • Onion β†’ 2 Medium Size

  • Green chili β†’ 6

  • Green Coriander β†’ Half Bunch

  • Garlic Powder β†’ 1 tbs

  • Salt β†’1 & Β½ tsp

  • Breadcrumbs β†’2 tbs

  • Baking Powder β†’ Β½ tsp

  • Corn Flour β†’1tbs

  • Black Pepper β†’ 1tsp

  • Beaten Egg β†’ 1

  • Coconut powder β†’ 2tbs

  • Cream β†’ 1tbs

Chicken-Meat-Balls-Kofta-Recipe

Recipe steps:

  1. In a chopper bowl, add onion and green chili, and chop them in medium size.

  2. Then add chicken, green coriander and fine chop to all.

  3. Put all chopped material into a bowl and also add all dry ingredients including cream. Mix them all.

  4. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. Grease your hands with cooking oil roll into ball shape.

  6. Your koftas are ready.

  7. You can store it up to 60 days in freezer.

Tips :

No need to fry koftas.

At the finished Koftas will not dry or hard due to bread crumbs and corn flour.

Breadcrumbs will keep it soft n spongy.

Corn flour will give it good seal and prevent to break during cooking.

Don’t use gram flour or extra masalas in koftas and curry.
