Pineapple cake with Cream and Fresh Pineapple

This Pineapple Cake has a fresh and tasty flavor. You can make it with whipped cream, ice cream or even whipped coconut cream. It’s easy to make and loved by everyone! Around here, we love Pineapple in everything. Pineapple cake sponge with fresh pineapple toping make it yummiest. Must try it.

Ingredients

Pineapple cake Sponge → 1

Whip Cream → 1 Cup

Condensed Milk → ½ Cup (For Frosting)

Condensed Milk → 4 Tbsp (For Special Milk)

Pineapple Juice → ½ Cup

Sweet Milk → 1 Cup

Fresh Pineapple → 10 Slices (9 pieces cut into half moon shape)

Sprinkles → ½ Tsp

Yellow Color → 1 Pinch

Whip Cream

Pineapple Fresh Cream Cake With Fresh Pineapple Topping

Add whip cream in beating bowl and whip for 5 minutes. Add condensed milk and whip for more 5 minutes, you will notice that your cream has a foamy texture after beating them for 5 minutes. Add food color and whip. Cream is ready. Keep it aside.

Special Milk for Sponge

Add pineapple juice, 4 tbsp condensed milk and chilled liquid milk in a bowl and mix it well. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours. Milk is ready, keep it aside.

Assembling & Decorating The Cake

Cut the cake into two layers. This quick and easy step will help your frosting stick better When you cut cake in layers, brush off any loose crumbs sticking to the cake. Clean top, bottoms and sides, then place the first cake layer on your cake base or turn table.

Pour ready milk on this layer, do not over drench the sponge, then spread frosting. You can use a palette knife or spatula to evenly spread out the frosting over the surface. Repeat this process for another layer. You can finish off the cake by frosting on the top.

Fill your piping bag. Insert the piping tip into the bag opening, then stand the bag up inside a glass. Use your spatula to fill the bag with frosting until it’s half full. Twist the top to close.

Hold the pipe in one hand at the top of the bag. Use the other hand to guide the tip as needed. Apply pressure from the top. Stop applying pressure when you want to finish the shape. Mostly, you will be holding your bag at either a 90-degree or 45-degree angle to the cake.

Using the star nozzle, we will make border at down first, then make straight lines from down to up then small lines from right to left. (Must watch video for clarity) Hold the bag at a 45-degree angle, squeeze the bag to form a bulb and release the pressure as you move the nozzle away.

Repeat this process all the way along the edge of the cake.

Place half-moon shaped pineapple pieces round them at the top of the cake. Place one whole ring of pineapple in the middle. Put sprinkles in the hole of middle pineapple ring. You can use glazed cherry instead of sprinkles.

Cake is ready.
