Chocolate Frosting Cake Decoration

Decorating the cake is creativity. If you are worried about decoration of chocolate cake then don’t worry; you've come to the right place. This decoration idea is very simple and easy. Your guest will certainly be surprised and happy when they saw a beautiful chocolate cake in front of them.

Ingredients

Chocolate Milk β†’ 1 & Β½ Cup

Chocolate Cookies β†’ 4 to 5

Melted Chocolate β†’ Β½ Cup

Crushed Hard Chocolate β†’ Β½ Cup

Strawberry β†’ 4 to five

Chocolate Frosting β†’ 3 Cups

Chocolate Sponge Cake β†’ 1

Recipe

Cut the cake into two layers. This quick and easy step will help your frosting stick better When you cut cake in layers, brush off any loose crumbs sticking to the cake. Clean top, bottoms and sides, then place the first cake layer on your cake base or turn table.

Pour ready milk on this layer, do not over drench the sponge, then spread chocolate frosting. You can use palette knife or spatula to evenly spread out the frosting over the surface. Lay the melted chocolate evenly and nicely over the frosting. Continue this process for another layer. You can finish off the cake by chocolate frosting on the top.

Fill your piping bag. Insert the piping tip into the bag opening, then stand the bag up inside a glass. Use your spatula to fill the bag with frosting until it’s half full. Twist the top to close.

Hold the pipe in one hand at the top of the bag. Use the other hand to guide the tip as needed. Apply pressure from the top. Stop applying pressure when you want to finish the shape. Mostly, you will be holding your bag at either a 90-degree or 45-degree angle to the cake.

Using the star nozzle, we will make border from up and down, holding the bag at a 45-degree angle, squeeze the bag to form a bulb and release the pressure as you move the nozzle away.

Repeat this process all the way along the edge of the cake.

Now make edges (+ shape) at top of the cake with piping bag. (Must watch video for clarity).

Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on ΒΌ part of the cake.

Place cookies on 1/3 part of the cake by slightly pressing on standing position of cookies.

Place any finger chocolate cookies on Β½ part of the cake by slightly pressing on standing position of cookies.

Place crushed hard chocolate on last part of the cake.

Very beautiful and yummy cake is ready.
