Strawberry Chocolate Three Steps Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Strawberry Sponge β†’ 1

Strawberry Crush β†’ 1 Cup

Strawberry Whipped Cream β†’ According to need

Chocolate Ganache β†’ Β½ Cup

Special Ready Milk β†’ 1 Cup

Strawberry Chocolate Cake

Cut the cake into two layers. This quick and easy step will help your frosting stick better When you cut cake in layers, brush off any loose crumbs sticking to the cake. Clean top, bottoms and sides, then place the first cake layer on your cake base or turn table.

Pour ready milk on this layer, do not over drench the sponge, then spread frosting. You can use a palette knife or spatula to evenly spread out the frosting over the surface. Lay the strawberries Crush evenly and nicely over the cream. Continue this process for other layers.

Now Cut the cake 1/3rd of 2nd layer in D Shape and keep it on top, it will become 3 steps cake. Cover the cake with frosting cream.

Now fill your piping bag. Insert the piping tip into the bag opening, then stand the bag up inside a glass. Use your spatula to fill the bag with frosting until it’s half full. Twist the top to close.

Hold the pipe in one hand at the top of the bag. Use the other hand to guide the tip as needed. Apply pressure from the top. Stop applying pressure when you want to finish the shape. Mostly, you will be holding your bag at either a 90-degree or 45-degree angle to the cake.

Using the star nozzle, we will make border at top first, then make borders from all edges of the cake. (Must watch video for clarity) Hold the bag at a 45-degree angle, squeeze the bag to form a bulb and release the pressure as you move the nozzle away.

Repeat this process all the way along the edge of the cake.

Now make a line edge with piping nozzle in the middle of all three steps.

Fill one part with strawberry Crush and other part with chocolate ganache of each step.

Keep it in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.

Cake is ready.
