Vegetable Egg Wrap/Roll Recipe
Vegetable Pasta / Macroni is good choice for vegetarians.
Ingredients
Aloo → 1 medium size cut into small cubes
Peas → ½ cup
Carrot → ½ cup cut into small cubes
Corn → ½
Cooking oil→1cup
Salt → 1tbs
Butter → 1tbs
Black pepper→1tbs
Chicken powder → 1tsp
Water → ½ cup
Eggs → 3 to 4
Recipe instruction
Follows these instructions.
Heat the 1/3 cup of cooking oil on medium to low flame and add the potato, peas, carrot and Brockley, fry for 1 minute and add salt and cover the lid on medium to low flame for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir with spatula gently and smoothly, and use little water if needed, and cover the lid for more 5 minutes on low heat.
At this stage when vegetable soften, add crushed black pepper and chicken powder, stir softly, and cover the lid for 2 minutes on low heat.
Put off the flame but don’t remove the lid for some time.
Presentation
Heat the 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter in the pan.
Beat 2 eggs with fork add a pinch of salt.
Spread beaten eggs on heated oil and butter on medium to low flame.
Keep cooked vegetable on this side and roll it.
Change roll sides for 1 minutes on low flame.
Dish out the roll and garnish with green chili.
Your different and tasty vegetable egg dish is ready to serve.
Serving
You can serve it with roti and naan.
You can make burger with this egg vegetable roll.
You can serve it as snacks with different hot sauces and tea.
Tips
You can use any vegetable for this dish.
Sometimes some vegetables like peas don’t soft early, so you can boil them separately then add during cooking other vegetables.
Vegetables should not mushy.
