Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
Strawberry β 1 & Β½ Cups
Dry Milk β 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour β 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice β 2 Tbsp
Whip Cream β 1 Cup
Condensed Milk β Β½ Cup
Recipe
Add strawberries in beating jar and beat well.
Put into a pan and add dry milk and corn flour, mix it, and keep on low flame for 4 minutes. When mixture get thick put off the flame and add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and mix. Strawberry puree is ready. Let it cool.
Add whip cream in beating bowl and beat for 5 minutes. Add condensed milk and beat for more 5 minutes, you will notice that your cream has a foamy texture after beating them for 5 minutes. Add strawberry puree and beat for more 5 minutes.
You will see the mixture have thicker and creamy. Pour into container and cover it with cling sheet or airtight lid, then freeze for 6 TO 8 hours.
What comes out of the freezer, it looks like market ice cream. It scoops like market ice cream. Itβs creamy like ice parlor ice cream β no crunch or crystals at all. It even holds its shape when it softens. Its flavor is really mind blowing.
