Hot Flaming Wings Recipe
Mouth-watering hot flaming chicken wings marinated in yogurt and some spices. Steamed and baked to perfection in hot tangy sauce. Perfect to prepare at home and watch the season with friends! Must enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients
Wings Marination
Chicken Wings (with skin) β 1 kg (Separate from the joint)
Garlic Powder β 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder β 1 Tbsp
All Spices Powder β 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder β 1 Tbsp
Dry Coriander Powder β 1 Tbsp
Salt β 1 Tbsp
Red Chili β 1 Tbsp
Chili Flacks β 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce β 2 Tbsp
Vinegar β 1/3 cup
Yogurt β 3 Tbsp
Water β 1 Cup
Hot Sauce
Red Chili Powder β 1 Tsp
Chili Flacks β 1 Tbsp
Salt β Β½ Tsp
Butterβ 3 Tbsp
Soya Sauce β 2 Tbsp
Vinegar β 3 Tbsp
Recipe
Clean and rinse the chicken wings, marinate with yogurt, vinegar and spices with salt and pepper and keep aside.
Take a double side pan (you can take any open pan with lid), brush the oil and put all marinated wings and cover with other side. Keep it on medium to high flame for 7 to 10 minutes.
Now lift the other side and change the side of wings. Reduce the heat medium to low for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes lift the lid and add 1 cup of water and change the side of the pan. Keep the flame low.
All spices and wings has been cooked and all the gravy has stick to the wings.
Put off the flame.
Hot & Flaming Sauce
Put all sauce ingredients in a pan and keep it on medium to low flame.
Cook it until gets thick.
The sauce is ready. Put off the flame and dish out the sauce. Keep it aside.
Baked Wings
Add the steamed chicken wings one by one to the sauce and coat and keep it in aluminum sheet lined baking tray. Chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
Bake it at 250 degree for 15 minutes on upper rack of the oven.
Take out the wing tray from oven. The wings have turned golden brown.
Hot Flaming wings are ready.
Garnishing
Dish out and garnish it with salad of your own choice.
Serving
Serve the wings hot. No need of any sauce.
