Homemade Sugarcane Juice Recipe

Sugarcane juice is also called Jaggery juice or gud ka sharbat. The most energetic and refreshing natural energy drink. It is healthy and helps cool the body's heat. When you chill this drink, it is amazingly cooling and refreshing. This unbeatable homemade summer drink especially when a heatwave hits the country.

Ingredients

Crushed Jaggery → 2 Cups

Black Salt → 1 Tsp

Lemon → 4

Water → 4 Glass

Homemade Sugarcane/Gud Juice Recipe

If using block of jaggery, soak it in water till it melts. Strain to remove any impurities.

Add the powdered jaggery, cold water, lemon juice and black salt to a blender.

Blend until jaggery is completely dissolved.

Transfer it into jug and strain.

Put jaggery juice or sugarcane juice into a glass and ice cube. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator till ready to be served.
